Brief Description of Project: Lisfranc injuries of the foot are significant injuries which frequently interfere with activities long term. While treatment initially was non- surgical, recently open reduction and fixation has been the treatment of choice. Questions have arisen as to the difference in functional outcome of operated versus non-operated feet. This study will review matched patient groups to evaluate differences, if any , in function.
