Brief Description of Project:

I will develop cells with fluorescent dyes tagged to actin and other proteins. Using two-color fluorescence microscopy, these fusion proteins, along with MHC tagged with GFP, will allow me to study the interactions between these proteins and MHC in the immune synapse.
