Brief Description of Projects:
Project 1
Retrospective study of patients with Ductal Carcinoma in Situ (DCIS) of the breast treated with partial mastectomy alone, no radiation therapy. Follow-up via chart review to determine status, i.e. any evidence of recurrence.
Project 2
Retrospective study of patients with locally-advanced breast cancer undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy and breast conservation surgery. Will determine response to treatment locally, ability to preserve breast, follow-up for current status via chart review.
Project 3
Project title: Retrospective review of patients undergoing hysterectomy, bilateral mastectomy and immediate reconstruction.
Brief Description of Project:
Review the outcome of patients who undergo hysterectomy, bilateral mastectomies
and reconstruction in one operative setting.
