Brief Description of Project: The purpose of this study is to assess long term clinical and radiographic results of removal of posterior spinal implants in children and adolescents following instrumented posterior spinal fusion. This is a retrospective chart and radiograph review of all patients who have undergone removal of posterior spinal implants following isolated, instrumented posterior spinal fusion.
