Brief Description of Project: Microarray analysis of keratocytes isolated from
keratoconus keratoplasty specimens have implicated several genes of interest.
This project involves immunohistochemical confirmation of abnormal gene products
using archived keratoplasty specimens. This project would be supervised by an
experienced immunohistochemistry technician.
