Brief Description of Project:
This is a case series on patients with diabetes mellitus and acute pancreatitis. In order to be included in this case series the most prominent or the only risk factor for the episode of pancreatitis is severe dehydration. These patients have been hospitalized at the diabetes ward located at Parkland Hospital.
