Brief Description of Project:

Influence of transport conditions on hydration of samples excised during surgical cystocele repair in post-menopausal women. Will study various storage means. In addition to measurement of degree of hydration, may include mechanical property measurements. Study will establish protocol suitable for general use by workers in various fields interested in soft tissue analysis (currently no acceptable method).
