Project title: Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell Signatures in Acute Glomerulonephritis

Brief Description of Project:
Blood samples will be drawn on patients that have acute glomerulonephritis. Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) will be isolated and mRNA extracted for gene chip analysis. This will allow for determination of the immune response to the glomerulonephritis. Results will be compared to age matched controls.
