Brief Description of Project:

PURPOSE: To better understand how surgical treatment of congenital and acquired hip conditions improves the radiographic and clinical outcomes in pediatric and adolescent patients.

The specific aims are as follows:

1) To evaluate the pre- and post-operative function and outcome of pediatric and adolescent patients with hip pathology who will be undergoing surgical intervention
2) To evaluate the functional and radiographic outcome of patients who have previously received surgical treatment for hip pathology in the pediatric and adolescent patient.
