Project title: Characterization of the Human Urinary Steroidome for Antidoping Applications

Brief Description of Project:

1) Establish PCR-based assay for UGT2B17 Genotyping.
2) Collect urine samples from men with normal gonadul function, men on testosterone replacement, women with normal menses, and women with androgen excess disorders. Urine will be analyzed by GC/MS to characterize total 19-carbon steroid profiles.
