crime you have witnessed. If you want your personal information
to remain confidential, be sure to select the YES check box
when entering that information and before you submit the report.
When you have completed your report click the SUBMIT button
at the end of the report form to send your information to the Police
department.
If you select the "confidential" level, the information
you send to our department will be restricted to only authorized
personnel. All information will be kept confidential and will only
be released in accordance with applicable statutes, court decisions,
or subpoena.
